Parking is a problem in Los Angeles and that’s a major understatement. Sometimes peoples don’t care. Sometimes they are stupid and a lot of time they shouldn’t have a driver license. It’s all over the city. If that was fatal, the population of Los Angeles would have been decimated a long time ago.
